Review of the Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004 pursuant to subsections 75 (a) and (b) of the Act

The Standing Committee on Social Policy will meet to review the Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004 pursuant to subsections 75 (a) and (b) of the Act.

The Committee intends to hold public hearings in Toronto on Thursday, August 28, 2008.

Interested people who wish to be considered to make an oral presentation on this review should contact the Committee Clerk by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 8, 2008.

Those who do not wish to make an oral presentation but wish to comment on the review may send written submissions to the Committee Clerk at the address below by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 28, 2008.
